Self-Compassion
We all have a self-critic in us. It will often hold us to high, sometimes unrealistic expectations and causes us to blame and judge ourselves in ways we would never toward a friend or loved one. Developing more self-compassion involves acknowledging the challenges you are faced with, meeting them with grace for yourself, and also building and maintaining strong boundaries that honour your needs. It's not just about "being easy on yourself," sometimes it requires you to take direct action, too.
Healing
Internal wounds and external situations and conflicts can leave us feeling lost and defeated. The journey of healing with me involves having a safe and accepting space to process the difficulties you are facing. Understanding how you are affected by your struggles and learning the tools to navigate and unravel life's complexities are important steps. We might target difficult emotions, past events, or complicated situations you are experiencing. I move with you through your challenges in a way that honours your unique needs.
Mental Performance
Work through what is holding you back from your athletic or high-level performance demands and pursuits. I will help you address and confront your fears, insecurities, or complex situations in life that are keeping you from reaching your potential.
Growth and Empowerment
A commitment to self-growth can sometimes be a difficult and isolating journey. Getting support can be overlooked and is so valuable in helping you tap into your inner strength and resilience. There is a more empowered, confident you out there. I use strength-based practices to help you gain confidence and align your inner and outer world to reflect your strengths.
The first step to change is deciding you are ready for it.. you've decided there's another way, you want to experience something different, and you're ready to find support that is right for you to get to where you want to be. Healing and change can be difficult and multi-layered, and it doesn't have to be confusing, isolating, or all up to you.
